The band formed in 2006 in Cincinnati, Ohio, and four years later released their debut album We Stitch These Wounds, which sold nearly 100,000 copies in its first week, peaking at No. 36 on the Billboard Top 200 and No. 1 on the Billboard Independent chart.
Members Andy Biersack (vocals), Jinxx (guitar, violin), Jake Pitts (guitar), Lonny Eagleton (bass), and Christian “CC” Coma (drums) blend elements of hard rock, glam metal, metalcore, and alternative metal in their music. Returning after nearly five years since their last record, they are back with their latest release, Vindicate (2026), which opens with a relentless mix of a carnival freakshow and pure metal. As Kerrang! magazine put it: “Salute then a band that’s been part of our world for 17 years and that unlike some, have never sounded better.”
