Catch Your Breath bring a unique blend of synth elements, unconventional production, and refined songwriting. The first single from the upcoming record is “Control,” about which vocalist Josh Mowery said: “This song is for anyone who’s ever given their whole world to someone, only to realise they’ve accidentally handed over the keys to their own prison.
