girli
NEWLY ANNOUNCED

With her blend of electro-pop and punk, girli is giving femininity a new face—bold, angry, and unrestrained. She returns to Prague on October 16, 2026, at Distrikt, to showcase her new album, it’s just my opinion.

Tickets on sale from May 8, 10:00, at GoOut.

The artist, born Milly Toomey, first grabbed the spotlight with her brash 2015 debut single, “So You Think You Can Fuck With Me Do Ya?” Over time, she has built an image that is as tough as the word “girl” is soft: “When I first started as girli, I told myself I didn’t give a fuck what anyone thought. But the truth was, back then, I really did. It was a huge breakthrough for me to realize that it’s okay to be vulnerable.”

Her upcoming third album, it’s just my opinion, drops on May 8, promising classic alt-pop seasoned with the raw energy of a sweaty club. Among the key tracks is “Slap on the Wrist,” which the artist herself describes as a rallying cry “for any woman who’s walked home with their keys in their fist because they know that the world won’t protect them.” It is exactly these overlooked themes that resonate throughout her entire body of work.
