Iron Maiden & other bands – 14. 6. 2026

The legendary Iron Maiden are heading to Rock for People for the first time and have prepared a spectacular two-hour evening set for their fans, where they will play all their greatest hits! Iron Maiden is one of the most influential and popular heavy metal bands of all time. It was founded in 1975 by bassist Steve Harris in East London, and over the course of its fifty-year existence, it has become a global legend. Their music, symbolized by the unmistakable mascot Eddie, has influenced generations of fans and musicians around the world.

Tickets for the additional day featuring Iron Maiden and other bands are on sale via GoOut, Ticketmaster, and Ticketportal!

Their first big breakthrough came with their eponymous debut (1980) and the follow-up album The Number of the Beast (1982), which featured singer Bruce Dickinson. It was this album that kicked off a decade that brought annual iconic albums, world tours, and the legendary Live After Death live album. Iron Maiden quickly became synonymous with unforgettable shows, creative freedom, and absolute devotion to their fans.

Even in the 1990s, the band did not lose its momentum – despite the departure of Dickinson and guitarist Adrian Smith, it continued to record and tour. Their return in 1999 marked the beginning of Maiden’s “third golden era” and the formation of the final lineup with three guitarists, which continues to this day. This was followed by albums such as Brave New World (2000), A Matter of Life and Death (2006), and the first double album The Book of Souls (2016), each accompanied by gigantic world tours.

Iron Maiden are known for their relentless efforts to push boundaries – whether it’s groundbreaking performances behind the Iron Curtain, concerts on every continent, or flights on their own Ed Force One plane, piloted by Dickinson himself.

Their latest album, Senjutsu (2021), debuted at number one in 27 countries, reaffirming their status as a band that shows no signs of slowing down even after decades. On their The Future Past tour (2023–24), they combined new songs with classics from the Somewhere in Time era and showed sold-out stadiums that their story is far from over.

Iron Maiden are currently on another monumental tour, Run For Your Lives World Tour, which will last until 2026 and will feature not only stadium shows, but also an official book and documentary film. Even after half a century on the scene, Iron Maiden remain a living legend, a symbol of unbreakable energy, musical courage, and loyalty to their fans. The upcoming tour is also unique in that the band has announced a complete break from touring in 2027. For fans, the tour and the stop at Park 360 in Hradec Králové will be one of the last opportunities to experience an unforgettable show by this legend for years to come.
