Kaizers Orchestra announces a spectacular return to the Czech Republic! The Norwegian alternative rock band is celebrating 25 years on stage and will visit Prague’s Lucerna Music Bar on October 10, 2026, as part of the most ambitious tour of their career.

Since the release of their groundbreaking debut album Ompa til du dør (2001), the band has built up a cult following around the world. Even the Norwegian language is no obstacle for their fans – they shout the lyrics loudly during concerts, even though they don’t understand a word.
Kaizers Orchestra mixes rock energy with theatrical cabaret and avant-garde percussion in their work. They cite Tom Waits, Eastern European folklore, and the traditional Norwegian style Ompa (Humppa) as their influences. A comparison to the Leningrad Cowboys would be obvious, but Kaizers Orchestra sounds much rawer and more energetic.
The upcoming tour is the culmination of their long-awaited comeback. The Kaizer Family can look forward to a packed setlist covering the band’s entire 25-year discography.
