New Constellations illuminate the darkness with their ethereal dream pop in a way that only stars can. On September 9, 2026, they’ll bring their gentle glimmers of hope to the Bike Jesus club in the form of their upcoming debut album, It Comes In Waves.

The Portland duo, consisting of Harlee Case and Josh Smith, began making music together at the age of fourteen in Josh’s bedroom. Their paths then diverged for a time, only to cross again years later—both a bit more experienced and with the feeling that they still had something to say to the world.
Their 2021 debut single “Hot Blooded” has already surpassed 140 million streams, and now their debut album, It Comes In Waves, is on the way. It will be released on May 15, 2026, via Nettwerk and features thirteen tracks, with which the duo is embarking on their first major tour across the United States and Europe.
“We enjoy having control over the stage, like when it comes to lighting design. We love playing our songs, and we’re even more excited to be able to present them in a much more polished way,” says Josh about the upcoming tour.
