When harnessed in proper fashion, anger unites. That’s exactly what deathcore heavyweights Spite and metalcore icons Emmure are about to prove when they bring their co-headline tour to Prague’s Lucerna Music Bar on February 8, 2027. Joining them as special guests are Mauled and Distant.
Tickets on sale from May 29, 11:00, at GoOut.
Formed in 2014, the American outfit Spite have managed to build a fandom so devout it can only be described as the “Spite Cult.” “’Spite Cult’ is how we refer to the union between ourselves and the fans. It’s the opposition, the outcasts, and the rejects of society coming together,” says frontman Darius Tehrani. Their music balances on the edge of thrash intricacy and deeply personal deathcore intimacy. Their latest album, NEW WORLD KILLER (2025), is their heaviest and most terrifying work to date—so we highly recommend having your neck braces at the ready for this show!
Emmure have been carrying the torch for heavy music since 2003, so don’t expect any feigned sophistication or artistic posing from them. They deliver honest, punishing, death metal-flavored metallic hardcore, driven by the catchiest rhythmic bounce of nu-metal’s golden age. Having toured with heavyweights like Parkway Drive, We Came As Romans, and Five Finger Death Punch, Revolver Magazine rightfully labeled them “the most polarizing metal band since Limp Bizkit.”
