Your favorite band you’ve never heard of. That’s the American band Wilt, who blend alt-rock with elements of grunge and indie. If Paramore had formed four years ago, they’d probably sound something like this. Now we have the chance to enjoy their first solo show on November 15, 2026, at Klub Varšava. They’ll be joined by thistle.

The band first introduced themselves to Czech fans this year when they opened for pop-punk artist Taylor Acorn at Bike Jesus. They’ve also toured with bands like The Warning, Destroy Boys, and Lovejoy. They burst onto the scene as recently as 2022, but they’re already among the hottest acts the alt-rock scene has to offer. They have over 12 million streams and 100 million views on Instagram and TikTok. Their debut single “gwen” laid a solid foundation, which they built upon with their eponymous EP from 2024, and they are now preparing their debut album.
Although the band’s creative process relies on the collaboration of all its members, most of the lyrics are written by lead singer Chelsea Rifkin. Anyone who has ever heard wilt’s music knows that they have an incredible gift for writing honest and vulnerable lyrics. They draw on their personal experiences and describe everyday emotions with such vividness that it’s as if they were painting them on a canvas.
