The duo has been touring from Germany to Indonesia, supporting bands like Royal Blood and SOFI TUKKER, and appearing at festivals such as Fusion, The Great Escape, Eurosonic, Reeperbahn, and c/o Pop. Local rock fans might remember their energetic performance at Rock for People Hope in 2021.
With their debut album ❁ OASIS ❁, released in November 2023, IKAN HYU have performed across Europe. The album’s first single, × POW ! ×, won the IndieSuisse Award for ‘Song of the Year,’ and just a week later, the duo was featured on the ‘100 Artists to Watch 2024’ list, curated by IMPALA in collaboration with YouTube.
